Pay your rent online via PayPal. If you pay your rent using Paypal you must pay the full rent due, plus enough to cover the PayPal charges. PayPal charges 2.9% of the TOTAL amount paid, plus $.30. Therefore, when we calculate how much you owe when paying with PayPal, we use the following equation: (Your Rent Amount / .971) + $.31
